This workshop is designed to help participants lead more effectively by enhancing their emotional intelligence and empathy skills. The session will cover the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership, the science behind it, and how empathy can increase team engagement, motivation, collaboration, innovation and effectiveness.
Using interactive activities and discussions, participants will have the opportunity to develop their empathy skills by creating an empathy map. They will learn how to identify the key emotions and behaviors of their stakeholders (customers, team-members and peers) and use the map to gain a deeper understanding of their perspectives. Through this exercise, participants will also discover how to improve team communication and collaboration by better understanding the needs of their stakeholders and what they require to be successful.
